Support

We answer safety first.

Questions about the app, Euphoris™ eyewear, reservations, privacy or comfort. Write to support@euphoris.co or use the form.

Is Euphoris™ available now?
The app is in testing (TestFlight and Google Play internal testing). Euphoris™ hardware is in development with no shipping date or pricing announced. Reservations are free and open.
How do I change or cancel a reservation?
Submit the reservation form again with the same email to update your preferences, or reply to any email from us to cancel. You can also request deletion on the privacy page.
Does it need Euphoris™ hardware to work?
The app includes a phone-camera Euphoris Preview that approximates selected Reality Modulation aesthetics. It is a preview, not the Euphoris™ hardware experience.
Does it record audio?
No. Live and Sensory RM analyse ambient audio on-device for features such as beat and bass and discard them immediately. Recording exists only as an explicit, separate permission when you capture a clip.
Is this VR?
No. AR adds to reality, VR replaces it, RM transforms it. You stay in the room, in the crowd, seeing the real stage.
Can I use Spotify or Apple Music?
Where platform integrations allow, through their official SDKs and now-playing metadata. Euphoris never bypasses DRM or intercepts protected streams. No partnership is implied.

Safety

Visual safety, plainly.

Photosensitivity. Bright, high-contrast or rapidly changing visual effects may not suit everyone, including people with photosensitive epilepsy. Euphoris never intentionally reproduces flash patterns associated with seizure risk, limits full-field luminance changes, defaults to conservative intensity, and offers Reduced Flashing, Reduced Motion, Reduced Contrast and Comfort Mode. An Instant Neutral control is always one action away. Stop and switch to Neutral if you feel discomfort. This is general guidance, not medical advice; Euphoris does not diagnose or treat any condition.

Where not to use altered modes. Highly altered views change perceived colour, contrast and brightness. Do not use them while driving, cycling, operating machinery, crossing traffic, near stage edges or barriers, or wherever accurate visual judgement matters.

Hearing. Optional audio respects the phone's volume limits and never overrides safe-listening settings. Concert sound levels are your responsibility; consider hearing protection.

Maximum-intensity experiences. Spectrum and other high-intensity signatures carry a hard intensity ceiling and always honour reduced-effects settings. They are never marketed as flashing for its own sake.
